Dead Alive. I think it actually is the goriest movie ever.

Dead Alive is pretty phenomenally gory, but it's not the least bit realistic. The Saw movies were a little gory, but really more in your head than anything else. The original Dawn of the Dead was gory, especially for its time.

BRAIN DEAD! it is the original uncut version of DEAD ALIVE and has 10 times more gore. the lawn mower seen is an extra 3mins. by itself
