I'm nine months pregnant and still walking around normally. When I was nineteen weeks pregnant, I could do a god damn cartwheel through a steel reinforced concrete wall. I think most women just want an excuse to be lazy and mope around while pregnant. I asked the same question, "why do i not feel pregnant"? The answer is, just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you have to feel or act like some kind of cripple. I'd say you and I are just normal, and everyone else just feeds off of the pregnancy stereotypes. But then again, i'm 21 and having a baby..not 30. Also, I didn't start to feel mine move until 24 weeks. I didn't even start showing until like 7 months.

I feel like that too sometimes and i am almost 30 weeks. I think its in our nature to be paranoid about the baby all the time and wonder if everything is ok if the baby doesnt move alot. Some babies are just more active than others. I know somedays if I dont feel a little movement I get nervous. I felt horrible for a while then I started feeling good like I wasnt even pregnant at all, now as Its getting further I feel pregnant again. Give it a few more weeks and you will feel pregnant all the aches and pains of being huge will kick in...lol Good Luck!!

I have been pregnant five times, and I think every time I go through a stage like that. The first 3-4 months, I don't feel pregnant, just sick and yucky. The next two months or so, I can feel the baby move, but no other real signs, but then come the last 3-4 months, and you might wish for those "unpregant" days! The discomfort really sets in. By the way, how is "pregnant" supposed to feel? I do spend a lot of time thinking about my baby, and wondering what kind of child he/she will be? Will it be a boy or a girl? Perhaps that more than anything is what feeling pregnant is.

many females try this (we've 4 babies). some human beings say although, that rubbing your abdomen has a tendency to boost the prospect of stretch marks. i've got constantly heard the advice: (a million) use a sturdy, straightforward epidermis cream often as in 2x an afternoon, (2) do not rub your abdomen (you likely gain this basically because of the fact it itches considering the shown fact that's stretched and/or feels dry). sturdy success a

This is going to sound odd..but as a psychic/sensitive, I have the unique ability to "sense" life within a certian redius of me.
With my wifes two children...even though we know she's pregnent, it took me untill the baby was nearly 6 or 7 months before I could actually "sense" her there (even though I could see and hear here inside mommy, I couldn't seem to get a fix on intelligence or a "soul").
Now, while that sounds horrible, listen up! I believe the baby is a PART OF YOU up to a certian point, when it's mind is able to become self-aware of itself, it becomes it's own entity. So not "feeling" like there's a baby inside you, may just be because it's a part of you already...
It'll come soon enough. And when it does...you'll miss the way you feel. And when it's over...you'll miss being pregnent. It's hormones...and they'll get worse before they get better.
I know,,,men like me shouldn;t know such things...sorry to intrude! haha Good luck, and congradulations, by the way! Best wishes!

That is normal. You'll feel more movement later in the pregnancy. I was concerned around the same time as you but now I wish she would stop moving so much so that I can sleep! lol Congrats and good luck to you

Don't worry. Soon you'll feel so PREGNANT AND HUGE that you'll be begging for mercy. I didn't start showing until about 25-27 weeks then I grew so fast and was begging for labor before I knew it.

i am 11.5 weeks and i feel the same way. the only way i know i am pregnant is that i've seen the baby on the ultrasounds and i have heard the heartbeat... that's about it... i have no morning sickness, hardly any symptoms, well, we should just consider ourselves blessed because maybe the next time we won't be so lucky...

Yes, we've all been there. Wait until your baby really starts moving around, then there will be no denying that you are indeed pregnant.
