Why does ESRI insists on continuing to make a piece of crap software and peddle it as a mapping tool?

Seriously, ArcCrap sucks!

A lot depends on your computer and which version you are using. I have been frustrated with it too, but when I have good instruction and a good machine (video cards are very important too) it works beautifully.
