It is a science-fiction genre, and I have worked on it for over 15 years now!! Because, I did create the world, the geopolitic environment, the characters, the new technologies, and social fabric, as well as a cultural prism... Of course, the history is amazing and Ultra actual! Anyways, this thing takes a lot of time to do, because it has to be done right...

This script has enough materials to make a trilogy with it. And the place where I lived, the industry is very weak, and since I lived in Quebec province, it must be made in French to work... No luck for me....

Ah, well.

You should have been spending the last 15 years working your way into the studio system, getting your name known by agents, producers, actors, etc, building a reputation as a screenwriter, and otherwise creating some credibility for yourself in Hollywood. 'Cause, without that, you're just another yahoo waving a script, and they've already got way too many of those to pay any attention to one more, no matter how "amazing" _you_ think your idea is.

Oh, and fifteen years work on one screenplay? That's not doing it right, that's being obsessive/compulsive. Way, way too much work to put in to make a two-hour movie - and how much do you think H'wood pays for a script, anyway? Certainly not enough to compensate you for a decade-and-a-half.

If you really want to make it as a screenwriter, instead of obsessing on one idea and overworking it to death, get into a film program at your local university, find out how the industry really works, and try to meet it at least halfway.

There are no shortages of scripts in Hollywood, just like there is an endless supply of people who would like to be movie stars.
Movies get made by people with influence. A ton of money doesn't hurt.

Go to film school.

Or write it as a novel, get it published, and sell the film rights.
