I recently heard this on the radio and am finding it hard to confirm. If this is true is it any wonder that Roe v. Wade is soon to become an artifact of the past?

I am asking a question in response to what I've heard. I am not putting forth a judgement on this one way or another. If someone can enlighten me-- thanks-- otherwise please don't bother to respond.

We've never had such a Supreme Court-I'm personally sick about this. They are welcome to be Catholics but moderate Presbyterians look nothing like Catholics. People pay little attention to the Supreme Court inspite of its obvious importance. This court ignored 6 Federal Courts opinions and 30 years of precedence. Yes, its no wonder. We'll have to fight to hold onto birth control. 35% of sex ed classes are now "Abstinence ONLY"-no birth control taught at all.

so basically what you are saying is that controlling the Presidency, AND the congress, AND the Senate, isn't enough for you power hungry fascists. You ALSO want control of the courts as well. Next it will be the media, and hollywood........oh wait, you already got those too. So after you people turn this country into a reasonable facsimile of the former Soviet Union what will you do? Will you walk up and down the food lines stretching on for block after block reassuring everyone that THIS is the better way to run a nation? What exactly do you think we will gain as a nation if there are no checks and balances in Washington? In fact you know what, don't even bother answering those questions because frankly, I don't even want to know, i am certain just reading your answer would damage my soul.

I don't think they will actually overturn Roe vs Wade, they will just chip away at it. If they overturned it, too many Rebublican polititions would be it trouble. "Right to Life" is only a winning political position if it doesn't really matter.

Of course. They were chosen as a result of their high grades at (TCCI) The College of Christ the Inquisitor in Spain

You can tell they are Catholics by that look in their eyes.
