You underpants should do the trick. Change them daily.

Don't wear a panty liner, it doesn't allow you you breathe! You'll get stinkier down there too.

As another person mentioned, everyone has discharge, it is normal. If the discharge is yellow and only for a few days, that is probably indicative of ovulation. It should be kinda stretchy like eggwhites and you should feel wet down there for a few days. Have no fear, it will go away though after your body ovulates (releases an egg). No matter what these other people say, discharge is normal, natural, and DON'T use FDS spray. That stuff is stupid and can cause a lot of problems (not to sugar coat it :P).

Wearing panty liners daily is actually a bad idea, because they don't allow the body to breathe. This in turn creates a perfect breeding ground for bacteria that cause body odors and possible yeast infections.

The ONLY time I use liners is when I'm at the end of my period and I'm spotting, so can't use a tampon. The rest of the time I wear only cotton underwear. They let the body breathe better than other fibers, they are more absorbent, and are generally cleaner and easier to wash & care for. I also just go to the bathroom when I feel "moist" and wipe with TP.

A lot of women have discharge throughout their cycle and don't worry because it looks more yellow than it is when it gets on your underwear and stays there for a little while. Just change your panties daily.

I don't wear panty liners for several reasons. First of all, I track my cycles and fertility and it's hard to check cervical mucus and other discharge when it's all being absorbed by a pad.

Secondly and thirdly, it's one more thing to buy and more waste to dump in a landfill.

Your discharge is a normal part of your cycle and is totally fine, not unhygenic in any way.

Yes, it's normal, as long as it's not a weird colour (like white and chunky cottage cheese looking, yellow, green, etc.), or if it has a bad or fishy odor to it. But a lot of girls get daily discharge like that. Hell, even I do. It's annoying having to wear a pantyliner practically every day because of that, but at least it keeps it more comfortable and manageable.

I wear panty liners when I am "wet". I don't like the feel, either.

Uh, that sounds abnormal. Are you sure you don't have a tricocchal disease or something? Any discharge should be checked out , especially if there is a foul smell or it is dicolored like you stated.
Anyway, to answer your question , yeah you can wear panyliners.. Also, invest in some FDS
It's a feminine spray for , well, stank!

I would use the pantyliner for discharge. That way you don't stain your underwear. That's one of the purposes for them.
