A Don Knotts Classic movie - his character was not accepted for WWII Service (could not meet physical standards), and due to an 'accident' of fate, he gets transformed into a 'fish' when he falls off the pier. He then helps guide US Navy Subs to attack targets helping out with the WWII Efforts.
I enjoy this movie ... it is a gem. Quite frankly, this movie is one that is good for the entire family to watch ... from his relationships as a human ... (and the woman he likes as a human), to his confusion to the acceptance of his transformation and finding the "inner hero" inside of him all along.

An insecure man who feels more at home in the water as a fish, then he did as a man on land. As a fish he helps the navy find enemy submarines. Good movie, one of my childhood favorites.
