Yes, that's a great reason to sue the credit card company. Bravo!

If the credit card organization is suing, that's merely too previous due for credit counseling. He might desire to have checked right into a NFCC credit counseling service in the previous he defaulted on the account. At this element, the creditor is going to win the judgment -- he owes the money. Being on a mounted earnings isn't a criminal excuse to get out of the debt. With the judgment the creditor would be waiting to garnish wages (yet no longer his incapacity verify), connect any economic company account in his call, whether not one of the money are his, and lien own components. The judgment will added injury his credit. they're good for a protracted time and can properly be renewed. His unfavorable credit rankings won't merge to you in case you get married. it is going to purely impact any joint credit you observe for. you will no longer want any joint economic company money owed the two. $8K is a particularly small volume to record financial ruin. submitting financial ruin additionally won't help his credit any. it is going to easily discharge the debt yet will added injury his credit. by using ways, there is extra to this tale. generally minimum money on credit playing cards or 3% to 5%. $seven-hundred money on an $8K stability is over 8%. feels like that card grew to become into overlimit, requiring a extensive charge to cover the overlimit volume.

So, because one person used a credit card to do something bad, that means that everyone who uses a credit card for good reasons cant have one?

So, because a few people use myspace for bad purposes, that meas everyone who uses it for good cant use it anymore?

So, because some people use guns for bad reasons, that means that we can take guns away from people who use them for good reasons?

SEE THE FLAWED LOGIC??? No matter what you create, it will be used innapropriately by someone.

Those families are going to go on a suing spree. They should start with the news stations then go after the college.
By the time they're through the tuition there will at least double!

WHAT??? That's like suing McDonald's because you gained some weight. He would have been able to buy the gun with cash - you want to sue the government for printing the money, too?

Of course! I mean, OBVIOUSLY the credit card company knew that he would one day use the credit card to buy a gun and murder people.

no. it's not practical to outlaw credit cards! if anything, there should be stricter gun laws and stores should be required to do a more thorough background check including mental health.
still, it will be hard to enforce because people can always buy guns from someone on the street.

That's dumb. But what's worse, is that I wouldn't put it past some low-life lawyer trying a case like that. Some people will try ANYTHING to get $$$.

We should outlaw stupid questions though. That and Canadians. Because they all remind me of Terrance and Phillip on South Park.

BLAME CANADA!
