You'd have to take down the chain link fence and start fresh with the wall. I would recommend using professionals, or you might wind up with a permanent eyesore.

Defiantly not concrete but stucco yes.
1.Buy the wire with the paper already on it.
2. make sure all of you existing fence is attached securely to the posts adding wire in between the existing (wire) fasteners on the poles and top rail is a good idea and almost necessary.
3. attach the paper to the fence
4.use a "one coat" stucco product like here

I did this at my house with 400 linear feet of fencing however I would suggest adding new poles in between the existing ones. I did not do this because my fence was made with 2" industrial pipes and has a continuous footing that is 18" down under the fence running along the entire property line (it was here when I bought the place)

Can't say I have ever heard of this, but I doubt it. The best way would be to take the fence down and then pour a footer with rebar sticking up to secure the wall to the footer. frame it up and pour, just make sure you get all the air out, or your wall will have holes. You could rent a shaker, some may call it a jitter bug to shake the form and vibrate the air bubbles out while you pour. Good luck

Being that you were planning on spaying her, I would go through with it now. What your vet says is right. And yes I've seen dogs mate through chain link...i've also seen a male CLIMB the chain link and get into the kennel with the female. I've also seen a male's face torn to shreds after trying to CHEW his way through a chain link fence. Mating is all males think about when a female is in heat and will stop at NOTHING to get to her...they'll even starve themselves. I would recommend having her spayed to ease your mind and put a stop to all this worrying and the worrying that will take place as her pregnancy progresses.
