No one ever said laws were sane, in fact some of the laws on the books are quite insane and boggles the mind.

you have to have a specail permit to own an animal like that. i acually want a pet fox and i would have to get a permit and go through classes on how to take care of it.

because they are a wild animal, when they are just prancing around, but when you kill them they are dead, and not wild, they are dead. not crazy and having rabies, they are on your wall, and just sitting there without rabies, and all the craziness has been removed! i guess!
