I explore deeply and as sincerely as my conscious and subconscious, will allow myself to understand what has caused the feeling of guilt.
If I have done something, but will try to bury my head in the sand by saying :'If I just stay low-profile, all consequences will just go away . . " I'll rudely attempt to wake myself up and deal with the issue, even if I feel like a fool, vulnerable, or that I've brought back attention to myself!
In other words I'll try to own up through tough courage what is mine so that the feelings of (ONLY) deserved guilt, do not become shadows which will pursue me until I come off clean!

I am guilty of many things. Everyday I have to live with what I did- physically, mentally & emotionally to people. It kills me. sometimes I cant sleep-other times I cry-then there are the days when I cant even look at myself in the mirror. Guilt is horrible. I cant forgive myself, so I ask for Gods forgivness.
Everyday. Amen.

There's no place in my life for guilt. It is useless.

It can kill you at an extent. If you did something horrible to someone, you'll remember that quite a bit in the future and it'll haunt you everywhere you go. It's best if you confessed what you did, but maybe not immediately if it's something that's out of your power.

There is no guilt if you can do no wrong.
