these are nice but not real loving and personal I need a gift that says something like she is all that I want the only love of my life no matter what her age to me she is still that 23 yr. old I married so many yrs. ago a gift card or a day spa are nice but they tell me take this and go away for awhile can someone help me with this

I am around that age and I think she would enjoy an all day spa treatment. There's nothing better than a relaxing massage, a hot soak in a scented bath and having a manicure and pedicure to make a woman feel rejuvenated.

I think a gift card to a nice restaurant is a nice idea. After all, everyone has to eat!! What's she into? Does she have a hobby that you could maybe buy her something for? I know my mom is really into her car, so I always go for a car detail package or a wax or something like that.

I would have to imagine that your personal time with her would be a gift for her to remember and you may want to consider a small wind chime for her to reflect on and enjoy during an evening breeze.
