The news keeps saying he was bullied throughout his life but not what for. He wasn't part of any Trench Coat Mafia and from the videos he doesn't look particularly small or ugly. Was it his voice?

I don't believe he was bullied! All the evidence shows that he was the bully, not the bullied.

I have a bigger problem with those in the media treating this monster as though he were a victim. I've never seen a clearer example of someone who committed horrifying acts not because of some "problem," but due to pure evil.

This monster was evil. He bullied. He stalked and hassled women. He set his room on fire. He photographed and did videos so that he could brag about his crimes and become notorious for them.

Calling him a victim does a terrible disservice to the real victims. This man was evil. The media should call him as much.

According to his family in Korea (who have not seen him since the familiy left) he "gave his parents trouble" because he had a speech problem. Once in the US, public school classmates have started coming forward to say he was made fun of for his speech problem. One person told that she recalled him being made fun of by an entire class when he was told to read aloud from a book. IF this IS TRUE-then it is very sad that kids would do that. HOWEVER, being bullied is no excuse for what he did. These weren't even he same kids who bullied him. No matter what these kids said to him, he still had no right to kill people.

He wasn't bullied at all. He was unbalanced and stalking two girls.

But if I were going to bully him I'd start with his acne that was still hanging around through college and end with his Adams Family-esque voice.

They don't even believe he was ever bullied. They think he made it up so he would have a good excuse to kill people.

He "perceived" that he was bullied.

That's what mental illness is all about. When a person's perception significantly deviates from reality.
