of how we, the regular citizens, can make the media work for us and report the news versus sensationalizing human tragedy?
Almost all the major networks are saying they will stop airing the VT video and or limited it's showing because of the upset all over and all the complaints about how tacky it was to show it.
What do you think?

If my son or daughter were one of this psycho's victims I would think that NBC was allowing Cho to victimize us all over again every time they ran that video. I certainly would not set foot near NBC.

I think NBC's first priority was to notify law enforcement....which I believe they did. Human curiosity would of course demand that we see the video. However there comes a time when human curiosity has to take a back seat to human decency. To give this deranged and obviously evil person a public platform to spew his venom was wrong. NBC should have reported receiving the package and maybe even some of the information in the package but they public showing was wrong!

Those people can boycott whatever they want. Facts are those same videos are out over the internet-and once something hits the net there is no way at all to stop it. Maybe they can make NBC stop showing them-but they cant stop the average joe from setting up a website and putting those videos on it.
Censorship is wrong. Im sorry they lost their family members-but we dont need censorship.

I think that they were right in showing it! People need to see it in order to have a better understanding of why and how this could of happened. It was what needed to be done in order for people to start paying attention! He was disturbed and this all could of been prevented! How his family missed all of this is beyond me!!!

He was a lost and tormented soul! There were plenty of signs that many choose to ignore. Everyone is so wrapped up in their own lives they never stop and take a look at what is going on around them.

May he be punished in death for his crimes and let this be a lesson to all of us that we need to listen and pay attention to the people around us and to our environment and not our dam IPODS!

My sympathy goes out to the victims families and friends!!!
