Well if you look at it, some people are raised in family situations where it's kept more hush hush or there taught that it's ONLY for married people and there going straight to hell if they have sex before marriage. And others are raised where it's a perfectly normal healthy thing that's out in the open and not expected to be hidden if it's out of the bounds of marriage. When you add the way some people are raised and then put them into social situations and there put on the spot and they really don't know anything let alone that it's acceptable to answer or comment to those things in public. And those are the people that need to understand it's perfectly healthy but there is a weight of responsibilty that comes with it.

It's mostly because of religious taboos. Religion, regardless of which one, some more than others, for some inane reason, think that sex is bad.
Unless of course, you follow their concepts and restrictions.
You must be married, you can only do it, to have children.
You mustn't use contraceptives, which is very foolish, and sexually dangerous these days.
So people who have been raised under these conditions, find it difficult to talk about sex, or even at times to have good sex with their partners.
A very sad state of affairs.
The only reason, every one of us on this planet is here, is because our parents had sex. So go figure on all those taboos.
Why is it so bad to watch, say a porn video, but not wrong to watch, killing and violence.? Seems we have our priorities all screwed up.

I love to talk about sex. Not just in a perverted sense, but like discussing what people like dislike and why. Its a shame that some many think sex is perverse and dint like to talk about it. Its a really a great subject and most people are interested once the topic starts but most are afraid to initiate it.

well, some people are and then some arent. I would say the ones who are, they just dont like to talk about it or it makes them nervous maybe, lol. like a guy he may get nervous and jittery or something, i dont know. for the ones who are comfortable about it like myself, i think they just think it would be like any regular conversation, i dont see anything wrong with it myself, maybe some arent mature enought to talk about it, they may still have those immature ways which stops them from talking about it I guess.
