Recently a crudely painted picture depicting a violent act was found at my school. The words para, eight days, typical student transform and the date numbers 4 20 2007 on it. This was sent out in an email and I started researching it. Para is an acronym for a type of handgun, eight days is a new video game that is coming out sometime in the future and is about someone shooting at people from a car. Also eight has a symbolic meaning of resurrection or cleansing. I took typical student transform as meaning the change of classes. So it sounds like someone will be driving through campus while classes are changing. Campus police said to contact them if you have any info but I think they would figure this out by themselves. It only took about 10 minutes of surfing the web to figure it out. So if this person were serious I think they would make it a little harder to figure out. Anyway should I contact the campus police or not? I’m pretty sure they figured it out and it’s probably just some copycat trying to get attention anyway.

The local police department knows about it. Also tomorrow is a very important day on campus. We're having the inaugeration of our new president so there probably will be alot of people.

What if it's not another copy cat, and really someone fixing to lay a hurting on your school? All of the press lately is taunting someone to out do the VT nightmare and cause more pain – so they have something more to report about after this settles down in a few weeks. Better safe than sorry. We don't need another mass murder situation.
I don't want to read about this tomorrow. Otherwise, you failed as a human being.

If you think you have figured out something that could possibly mean that people are going to get hurt, you should tell campus police. Who cares if they already have it figured out? Maybe they don't and you could really help.

By all means, contact the police immediately! Don't assume that they already know. You may be able to avert a serious disaster. If it turns out to be nothing, no harm will have been done.

Given what has recently happened I hope the world will be willing to step up and say something. Even when you think the answer is probably known. Now more than ever we need to be diligent and protective.
