Yes it will. They said they would never make a film about 9/11 and they did, the same will happen for the Virginia Tech massacre.
There is too much money to be made from it for someone to refuse.
But the public can vote with their feet and not go to the cinemas, to show their contempt toward Hollywood.

Yes, people are so money hungry these days. I think that they should not give any attention to the murderer though because that was what he wanted by sending the package to NBC and it is only fuel for the fire of others who have been thinking about doing things like what he did. They should just leave him be the shooter and not say anything else about him make it about the students that went through this I can't stand to watch something like this happen again but it probably will since there was a ripple affect after columbine too.

If it is , it would only be showing the good part of it. Like World Trade Center. Something like friends jumping on top of each other and moving them out of the way or something. There wouldnt really be any negative about it just postive. Everything I read about that new Adam Sandler movie was that it would be a 5 star movie if it didnt have anything to do with 9/11 Instead most people gave it a 3 star because of that

Yes. It seems to happen with most catastrophes. I thought there was already a movie out similar to Columbine?

yeah..probably in about 5 years. That seems to be the Hollywood standard waiting time for movies based on tragedies. Although there is always "made for t.v." or lifetime movies that jump on things right away.

Too soon to say but more than likely it will happen; there's always someone out there who wants to make a fast buck out of tragedy, very sad if I say so myself.
