I received an email from my bf yesterday. I had sent him one earlier in the day and started off saying "Hey You." He responded back "Hey There."

Is it a good thing if he responds back "Hey There?" It doesn't mean he's angry, does it?

Thanks!

Not good...not bad...just in the same vein as your "Hey You". Next time, try his name and see what happens. Or nickname. Or cuddle name.

Not necessarily, but I don't have enough info to give you a solid opinion.

I am guessing that your email "hey you" was sent after what you would describe as an unusually long period of time since emailing or talking to him. If his "hey there" response was short or clipped, and otherwise sounded cold, then I might be concerned.

If, however, his "hey there" email had sweet or flirty comments in it, then you're probably okay. You know --- was his email short and bland like "hey there -- busy today -- have a good day" or was it more like "hey there! what have you been up to sugar britches?! I was thinking about you! Can't wait to see you! Let's get together later!"

This question could change the destiny of our planet and maybe even the whole universe.... but I seriously doubt it. If you get more than 4 answers, you have disrupted the lives of way too many people.... This just in:.... the universe does not revolve around you and your trailer trash soap opera life.

No that''s not an angry responce, and it's a bit better than typing, "hey you, too".
It's a usual reponse to "Hey You".

Why would that mean he's angry? Sounds like you're reading too much into it.

If he were angry he wouldn't have responded at all.

Stop being so paranoid.

Does not sound angry to me - sounds playful.

Stop over analysing everything - just be yourself and you and him will be cool.
