I hate the term...but I think it best applies to Vick based on sallary to performance. One of the highest paid players in the league not being the top talent screams overrated to me.

Most over rated? Some say Peyton Manning (I don't like the guy, but sheesh stupid reply), then you have Tom Brady even mentioned..
I think Vince Young, Romo and Big Ben needs more time to see if it was a fluke or they aren't as good as they once were.
Finalist have to be Michael Vick, Eli Manning and T.O.
I think right now, Eli has been so much a wash that he wins it and needs to improve to lose it. Michael Vick played better last year, but still not a good qb. T.O. drops too much and talks way too much. But he does have a few years he was really dominating.
On the Tom Brady comment about being a product of a good system.. that's like saying that Barry Sanders was a good running back. Barry could run the ball around many defenses and Tom Brady has QB victory out of defeat.

Only a total idiot would say Brett Favre. His numbers speak for themselves. Hes never really had a supporting cast. Hed have more rings then just the one if he would have had better wide recievers or a great running back behind him. Hes still a hall of famer even though the packers never really had any big name players on offense to help him out.
As far as over rated players....All time: Kurt Warner - he can thank his wide recievers and marshall falk for his superbowl rigs cause he was never anything special.
Right now: im going to have to use player(s) and say the bears defense....WAY overrated and going to be even worse without Briggs

apparently the people saying Vince Young is overated has never seen him play he single handedly takes over games and Randy Moss is just unhappy not overrated look at his numbers in Minnesota and that was being double-triple covered! The most overated player in the Nfl is Daunte Cullpeper he was never good Randy made him good.

T.O. also had far more receptions then drops so enough with that. His drops are made out to be far more then they are because most players are ignored when they drop the ball. The MOST OVERRATED and OVER-HYPED PLAYER IS VICK. He is a JOKE as a QB, and don't blame the recievers because he has had good recievers but he won't pass to them because he wants all the attention for his running.

micheal Vick. What good is a QB that can't throw. Way over paid and over talked about. The people who say Favre obviously haven't watched a Packer game. He can still make plays that other QBs can't.

It has to be T.O. so many dropped passes over the last few years. It can't been brett favre he is about to own every major qb record NFL history for his career with only avg. recievers and has a sb ring.

Michael Vick. He can't outrun defensive backs any more. That was the only thing he ever did well and he is the highest paid player in the league.
