MS Calendar in Outlook has a long list of file formats it will import, including comma and tab delimited files that your database may export.
If you are talking about writing a calendar display from selected material in the database, then that is nothing more than a specialized display of a database organized by date and you will have to specify what languages you can use, what database you are using, etc.
