Real push ups.. I will throw a guess out there of 45-50 ..
I have been out of the army for a while .. ask 10 years ago and the answer would be about 80..
But, I am still in decent shape :)

I've never really tested the limit.
I fence (swords, not stolen goods). One of the "incentives" during footwork exercises is push ups for mistakes. Last night some of the younger fencers were not taking things very seriously so we all wound up doing 65 push ups.
I'm sure I could do at least 150 if I put my mind to it.
Not bad for a guy in his mid-40s.

around 200. how about you? but I do work out twice a week and every morrning I do 75 sit up 75 push ups and 50 pull ups then a cold shower and at night the same but with a warm shower and I smoke everyday so if I stop smoking I would have nothing else to do but work out then I would have to go buy new stuff because I wouldnt ever fit into anything anymore
