Because the media is composed of way too many idiots like Rosie O'Fatty that believe that our own government brought down the towers. They live for sensationalism. They even identify with Cho to some degree. They keep referring to him as a "troubled youth." The boy was a psychopathic killer and a waste of human DNA.

Media gave him a chance to achieve his goal- he wanted all the world to hear him out..plus I am afraid his actions might "inspire" some followers. And of course I guess the parents of victims should be really bothered of looking at him every 30 min. I guess press should give brief yet informative facts about him, and that would be enough.
Plus I don't get how come he he had so much time to kill 32 people, send a package and kill himself, and police didn't shot him? Maybe missed some news but I don't get it.

So, what are you after? YOu want to see the planes flying into the WTC more often? Or do you want them to stop showing the video of Cho? If I had to answer, I would prefer the latter. we don't need to see either. The media can babble on about the "public's right to know". OK, fair enough. We know! So, stop regurgitating it.
Anyway, the video of Cho does not actually show him committing the act he did. It just shows him ranting and raving whereas the WTC videos actually show the planes flying into the buildings--we actually see the deaths happen

Well, first because this is current.
And second, because showing the World Trade Center attack would be contrary to the politics of the major media. They don't want us to remember that we have a serious enemy in the world, because this would increase our tendency to defend ourselves. The media are not on our side.

Your basic assumption, that we "never" see the planes flying into the WTC, is incorrect. I've seen news clips often, and I've seen documentaries.
