I have two brothers. I havn't seen by best friend in a while because I don't really want to invite her over my house because I like being all by myself and I like my privacy. Is that wrong of me?

Because I'm so used to being around them, I don't really want friends over.

I told you, the two brothers are there b/c I'm so used to being around them that I feel like I don't need any friends over.

Just because it may not be wrong doesn't make it right either.
why are you best friends? Why haven't you seen each other in a while? If this is your best friend, one would think they would be happy to see their friend to catch up and share with what is going on in each other's life. That's how you remain best friends.

I'm not sure how the two brothers fit into all this unless something happened between your brother and your best friend.

If your brothers are slobs or you're too embarassed by the mess or ignorance they show, your "best friend" of all friends will understand and be forgiving.

You need to maintain the "best friendship" just like they do. It doesn't work if only one person is putting forth all the effort to stay in touch.

Not inviting your friend over is fine. What does that have to do with the brothers?

same here. i have two older bros and having them around.....i don't know, they're just there and it feels fine, not anything at all like having some over. i don't invite people over to my house cause, like you, i like being by myself. i don't think it;s wrong at all, but some people may say it is, but your not alone in feeling this way.
peace

No. Your privacy is your right. Until it's illegal, it's always right. Who's to say you gotta invite people over? ;)
