Absolutely! While some women don't experience symptoms until weeks or even months into pregnancy, others start getting symptoms within a few days.
Have a look at the links below for more information, and personal anecdotes of women who've felt signs of pregnancy in the first couple of weeks, before their next period was due.
Personally, I didn't get morning sickness that early (hardly got it at all during pregnancy), but I did notice increased breast tenderness and swelling within 3 days of conceiving my daughter.

No, implantation happens 6-12 dpo and it takes about 2-3 days after that for the pregnancy hormone, hcg, to build up and start causing pregnancy symptoms. So, 8dpo is the earliest you could expect even the mildest of symptoms.

I think so, but it all depends. I just found out I am pregnant, and I can't be more than 2 1/2 weeks along, but I just KNEW. If you planned around your ovulation, you would be able to guess, especially if it isn't your first child.
