Decades ago, there was an animated movie released that was a thinly-veiled anti-Nazi allegory. The cover of the movie looked something like this, only the man was masked:

Does anybody know the name of this movie? I thought it was something called "The Willendorfs," but I don't quite remember.

Thanks!

Nazi references, and someone mounted on a two-legged "creature"?

I'm thinking Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards"

I'm with Pedestal42 - it sounds like Wizards. I haven't seen it in years, but the animation style in that picture looks a lot like Bakshi's work. There's an image at the Wikipedia article on Wizards (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wizards_%28film%29 ) that looks very similar.

The only other thing I can think of is the animated "Heavy Metal", which had one segment with a similar creature.

The incontrovertible fact that humans say whatever does not make it truly. Walt was once now not anti-Semitic. Disney Studios made a batch of anti-Nazi and professional-Allied Force movies in the course of the battle, but it surely was once partially as a result of the Disney amenities being taken over via the Army for the length.
