I have been on Prometrium for two months. I go back to the doctor in May to see how things have been. While on the pill or Prometrium my period comes fine, but without it I will miss 3-6 months of a cycle. If we haven't conceived by May, our doctor will prescribe a fertility drug to induce ovulation (which is the main problem) any advice?

And all test have been taken, so the ovaries are healthy - they just won't let go of those eggs.

Without ovulation induction your chances of pregnancy are near nill. The drug they will likely give you is called Clomid. Also, before you take any fertility drugs it would be in your best interest to find the cause of the anovulation before just randomly treating it. It could be thyroid disorder, pcos, premature ovarian failure, etc.
