What do you mean full viewing?

Do you mean the Yahoo pages are narrower than your screen?

That is perfectly normal with widescreen resolutions. Until yahoo designs it's page to automatically adjust for users display's it will remain that way.

On the extreme right of the monitor, just above the clock, don't you have a "zoom" icon where you can click a down arrow to adjust zoom just like in a Word document?

I am currently on a Samsung LCD. Maybe all monitors don't have this. Can't you just drag it out to fill the screen?
