The next time you're having a bad day, imagine this; You're a Siamese twin. Your brother, attached at your shoulder, is gay. You're not. He has a date coming over tonight. You only have on @$$.
Day doesn't seem so bad anymore does it?

I'm sorry work has you frustrated. I had a crappy day yesterday in which my 12 hr shift turned out to be 16 because of the dreaded paper work. Maybe you need a good cry. It can really cleanse the soul. Or go home and take a nice hot bath, close your eyes and just take nice cleansing breaths. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. If not then maybe you should fake a fainting spell or something. Tee Hee.

Weekends coming up =D
Life is an art we are required to practice without preparation, a score that we play at sight even before we have mastered our instruments -Lewis Mumford
What's the use of worrying?
It never was worth while,
So pack up your troubles in your old kit-bag,
And smile, smile, smile.
-- George Asaf
"If you want happiness for an hour -- take a nap.
If you want happiness for a day -- go fishing.
If you want happiness for a month -- get married.
If you want happiness for a year -- inherit a fortune.
If you want happiness for a lifetime -- help someone else.
-- Chinese proverb

The unemployement rate is at 5.5%. Be happy that you have a job, dear. Some people are out there looking everyday and coming up short.
It is Thursday. Take a mini vacation this weekend and leave your cellphone home.

any nasty feeling will pass. that is something good about any nasty feeling. it wont last. so you can be happy about the fact that you know you will feel better soon. the sun is warm and the grass is green... say it a few times and try to see it in your minds eye. it will make you feel better. short but effective. :) hope you feel better soon :)

the weekend is close, your boss is an idiot, your coworkers are all jealous of how talented you are, You have a great sense of style, and you should be earning more money with what you bring to the job.

think of what makes you happy, take quiet time out to REALLY think about good times you've had. think about the people who have had to face so much sorrow recently, real tragedy, it sure puts things into perspective for me. what once seemed major, pales into insignificance
