lol were you on a health kick when you bought the milk? I do that and then think screw it I'll get a doughnut!

I guess if you like the skim milk it's fine. I hate skim milk it just tastes like water downed milk to me. I'm not a big milk drinker any ways, so it doesn't matter what kind it is. Enjoy your snack.

Skim milk, that way I drink extra milk (without worrying with regard to the fat or disenchanted your abdomen). And as quickly as you get used to it, in case you attempt finished milk lower back you will bypass like: wow, tastes too sturdy for me now.

so what? hey, save calories wherever you can. somethings are ok fat free some things are not. if its the milk or the doughnut, you've got the right combo.
