I have very sore nipples. I have just found out that I am expecting, and I have also noticed little kinda white looking bumps around my nipple, which is always out. What are the bumps and why are they so sore to touch and stingy feeling against my shirt??

Oh dont worry, normal thing in pregnancy. I had very bad pain until my 4th month, if it was cold I would almost scream, I could not even cover myself with my quilt some times. Very sensitive. It will go away. The bumps are cause you are swollen, they are always there but now are enlarged. Show them to your doctor though.

It is OK, sweetie, take a deep breath, and just relax, all of these symptoms you have is normal! Your breasts are just getting ready to produce for your little miracle!!!!

But rest assured, mine were so sore also, and I did have the white around the nipples also!!!!!

Welcome to being pregnant!
That was the first clue as to me being pregnant, they were soo tender. I was sore for days. My husband couldn't touch them. Then a took a test and it was confirmed.
This is just the beginning. Just wait until they start getting bigger and darker. That kinda freaked me out.
Your body is going to go through a LOT of changes. We all have gone through them. Just embrace it.
