to a point yes.. but you can find a beautiful looking person and find they are ugly in personality..and the same goes for a ugly person.. you at first see the outside of a person and that is what attracts you to them in the first place..that is way you see so many pretty people with ugly bf and gfs... now the sad thing is when you see a ugly person who has a ugly personailty and conceited as well.lol

Yes it is, but the reference isn't totally accurate. The ugliness applies to what's inside a person. Physical beauty is nice to look at but evil inside a person makes them ugly all over.
