Transcend is the cheaper one with looks n performance n if u want by quality go for Toshiba.

I think that the most important consideration for a flash drive is durability - I have had two of these break because the connections to the circuit board broke.
I really like the Sandisk Micro - especially the older ones that have a single piece metal body. The newer ones have a retractable USB connector to protect it.

These are not the cheapest, they are in my opinion the best. You don't always need to worry about durability, but when you carry something in your pocket every day it is very likely to break and loose your data.

any would be good, but it mostly depends on how you wish to use it and which type of file you wish to save to it.
