Do you think Virgie Arthur has launched a "smear campaign" on Larry Birkhead?
Birkhead reportedly denies he has had gay lovers & is bisexual...and blames Virgie for the rumors. What do you think is really happening? I personally think it's just the media coverage that's done both of them in....but I want to hear your comments on this...

Yes I do think Virgie is behind this smear because being gay in the Bahamas is frowned upon. No such rumors existed prior to last week Friday's custody/guardianship hearing which might not have been leaning her way
1)She wants joint custody
2) She wants access to the money claiming she wants to be able to take care of Dannielyn if Larry dies as if he does not have family.
She should NOT be allowed to have any form of custody. This woman's track record when it comes to children around her is horrific
a) Anna Nicole- left home at 16 dead
b) Supposedly had a hand in raising her grandson Daniel- dead
c) One child arrested assault and kidnapping
d) A grandchild shot in the foot with HER gun

I am not sure if she is behind the rumors, but it seems completely plausible that she would. She went from being his stanchest supporter to making comments about how Larry was nothing more then a sperm donor, and a one night stand, to the fact that he was never there for Anna. All I have to say is people in glass houses!! Her daughter wanted nothing to do with her, since she was 16. It is also completely believable that she is in this solely for the monetary payout. Figuring if she has joint custody, she has joint share in all that money. But what people fail to realize is that the Marshal clan is not going to roll over and dish out that money to her child any easier then they would have to her, Supreme court or not! They will fight it just as hard, as if it were still Anna going for that cash. Whether you thought Anna a goldigger or, that's is for sure one trait her and her mother share; they go where the money is and fight for it.

I had heard gay rumors about him prior to this so I'm not 100% sure. I don't think she's going to look good to the courts even if he is gay - and I don't think he is - because there is far too much out there to deter them from giving custody to her over Larry.

Anna Nicole is dead.........do people not realize this? Why are people so interested in this drug addicts life?
Is Birkhead the father? Then he should obtain custody of the baby. You know as well as the rest of us do that he wants the baby so he will get money to raise her.
There is no reason why anyone else in the world should give a crap about this. If I was involved in a paternity case, no one would care, so why care when it is Anna "I need pain meds" Nicole Smith?

That woman is like a female Satan. No wonder Anna wanted nothing to do with her. Let's hope Surfer Boy keeps the baby far, far away from her. But then again, he reminds me of Kato the houseboy from the OJ Simpson sage.

at first, ahe was on his side, but not sure whats up now. they way i see it, she just wants the kid so she can have access to the $, so she will do whatever to make him look bad so she can try for custody
