I have received comments about a foul odor and I do shower every day, especially right before I go out ANYWHERE, even if it's just to go get the mail, but I still get comments, people making faces and people coughing or rubbing their noses when they're around me. I know the odor is coming from me becuz I've asked a close friend about it and she confirmed she'd recently noticed a foul odor. She didn't say anything tho, cuz she didn't want to hurt my feelings. I've already been to doctors & there is nothing medically wrong that is causing the odor so I wanna know what specific brand of products should I use, what personal hygiene steps should I take to be able to smell good all day long? I currently shower with Dial Antibacterial Soap (been using it for years), I dry off, then I sometimes sprinkle Shower to Shower on after my shower when I have time, but I skip it when I don't, next I apply Arrid XX deodorant under my arms only & I get dressed. I spritz on Tribute perfume & that's it

Hi, I would use a non-scented sensitive skin soap such as Dove or Ivory. This does help with odors. If the odor is coming from the pubic area, then Vagisil has many products for women, including sprays, and vaginal powder. Many are against douching, but you may try douching once a month starting now. Also, a good option is to try Carefree scented panti liners, they can control odor in the pubic area. I hope this helps....and good luck!!

Miss Vida has a point and I hadn't even thought of that. Some people have a tooth that is decaying and it doesn't even hurt, so their breath smells bad. I know that will make you feel even more self-conscious, but... Ask your friend to take a "whiff" of your breath just to mark that item off your list.

And could it be the sweat on your skin?? My husband declares he can tell when I've eaten onions even the day after because he can still smell the odor from the pores in my body.

(Now that I think of it, I wonder if he is pulling my leg.....)

Anyway, perhaps it is something you eat that can come out of your skin pores?? I don't know.

Have your friend let you know what days you have an odor and what days you don't. Maybe you can figure out what works when you start changing cleaning products. She can tell you if it is a strong odor or not, too.

I know asking your friend and getting a bad answer will make you feel bad, but it is the only objective way I know to track what is working and what isn't.

well it sounds to my like a yeast infection or an odor coming from inside. you need to drink lot of water and eat healthy. The odor is realeased by your pores and you cant stop it. Dont use any heavy perfumes because its going to smell worse.take a shower at least 2ice a day and use a afresh scent not floral and you will befine also ifthe odor is coming from down there then change pantiliners as much as you can

Ah Yes - our 7 year old son asked us 'where did I come from?' and of course, since Dad was not home Mom went into a nice version of the birds and the bees as this was a very intelligent 7 year old. No MOM! - Some kids say that they are from Tampa and some say Lakeland - - - - - - - - where did I come from?? always clarify the question (LOL in tears)

I answered your other question, but have you tried the dentist? Sounds kinda weird but I've met some super cool people who seemed like they had some dental problems...
