That's a hard question to answer, because there are a lot of other things that you have to know, like:
How much fuel can I take?
How big is the ship?
What time of year do I launch (in other words, where is earth in its orbit around the sun compared with where Venus is in its orbit around the sun)?

For the lowest amount of fuel possible (for a given size of ship), and when the earth is in the right position relative to venus to use the least amount of fuel, it will take a little less than 6 months to get there.

If you had unlimited fuel and used it past getting out of earths gravitational pull, then you could get there in a few weeks.
