I can not stand working at my job any longer!!!! The managers are rude and blow off any complaint anyone has. Today one of the managers yelled at me for doing something one of the other managers had told me to do!!! When I tried to tell her that she blew me off so I went to the manager who had given me the instructions and she yelled at me too. This happens all the time and I am sick of it! My husband makes more then enough money for us to live on so I don't really need this job. I would much prefer to stay home with my kids and babysit for others then work where I am working. Just want some opinions.

iF u not getting the respect u deserve then by all means leave ur job. makes no sense u try to cope when others are making your life a living hell. some times people need to learn not to take certain kinds Bull from others who feel that just because they are senior in position to others that they have the right to disrespect them. THAT IS BULL!!

u say the husband is well set and u only want a job to get u out the house, being a mom is a job that is guaranteed to do that. take ur kids shopping, the museum, have little field trips/road trips with them, take them on picnics, concerts or even let them put on a show for ppl in the neighbour hood, where ppl pay admission and even hold a penny concert with a theme. if u r gonna babysit then u could go somewhere interesting with your ward that would interest them . don't watch DVD's of movies, rather go out with your husband and watch them, this will strengthen your bond and also can be a destresser for both of you, u could even rent a hotel room for the night (after getting someone to stay with your kids of course) and spend a romantic evening with the hus (u could even pretend u are two naughty teens sneaking out after curfew to go on some tryst!) spice up ur life
AND STOP TAKING CRAP FROM BOSSES!!

Why do you have the job? It sounds like you're very frustrated and unhappy there (and maybe that's coming out in how you're doing your job, you know). Is there some reason why you feel you have to stay there? Does your husband care one way or the other? It sure sounds like you've made up your mind, but then why are you asking for confirmation? Talk it over with your husband, so you're both on the same page, and then do what you think is the best thing to do.

I think you've answered your own question. You're miserable, you don't need the job, and you'd probably come out even by providing your own childcare instead of paying for it elsewhere. Hand in your two week's notice and go enjoy life.

If its making you really unhappy and you definetly know you can afford not to work there..then you should give notice and leave. Your lucky to have this option so why should you stay in a job where people are just nasty?
