can you beleive that blake was in the bottom 3 in Amer. Idol? i like him, has a good voice reminds me of Sting, and is still my fav. to win it all. Your thoughts?

I can believe that he was in there. His last performance was a little on the weak side, and in this stage of the season, he needs a solid delivery every week. I like the guy and he is very talented, he just doesn't have me totally sold yet. His "creativity" and selection of more current songs is what gets him votes.
What I can't figure out is why Chris Richardon was NOT in the bottom three. He can sing, but not well. He's the kind of person who alot of normal people would consider a pretty good singer, but record producers will wonder how the hell he got this far. He sings in a nasally monotone voice every week and could not pull off any variation in his voice if he tries. He's got every 13 year old girl wrapped around his finger and that's what's keeping him alive in this competition.

Blake in the bottom 3 was a set up last night I think..
I didn't believe he was put there intentionally based on the number of votes they all got last night..
That was a bit of a shocker..but I got 4 favorites...beleve it or not.. :)
Jordin, Melinda, Blake..and Chris..
No particular order here :)
However Blake's song choice from Tim McGraw has been stuck in my head since last night and I just can't get it out of my head....
"Hums...where do you go when you're lonely..where do you go when the stars go blue"....
Out of the 4 I listed I hope either Chris or Blake end up in the final...and win it.. :)
Taylor Hicks won last year..
I think it would be great for another guy to win. No offense girls. :)

I was totally suprised when I saw that he was in the Bottom 3. He did good Tuesday. Actually he does good all of the time. I agree with you, he does have a good voice and he also reminds me of Sting. He is an awesome person and is my 2nd favorite after Chris.

He is a little like Sting now that you mention it. I think in the end he will be in the bottom two and possibly winning. I was a little shocked that he was in the bottom three, but he had better days than the one the other night.

Quite shocked? Just as shocked that Sanjaha has made it this far. Blake is good but I doubt very seriously that he will be the next American Idol. My prediction is that it will be Melinda, with Jordin as the 1st runner up, and Blake as the 2nd runner up. IMO (its my opinion).

I think he'll win it all, but his falsetto doesn't quite match that of Bono, nor did he have The Corrs backing him up, so this week's performance was a little shaky.
