If the overall wheel dimension did not change (i.e. you went from 14" to 15" rims, but the tire profile also decreased by 1 inch so overall size did not change), then no.

If the overall wheel size did change you will need to 1) recalibrate your speedometer, and 2) readjust the suspension for camber and all that. It MAY involve new suspension parts, or it may not. It depends on your specific circumstances.

Well, a new suspension would include control arms and all that stuff, and to replace it would be insane. You MIGHT need a new strut assembly/lift kit or something, but so long as the tires don't hit the wheel well you're ok.

depends on the size rim you would like to replace the stock with ,up to 17" shouldnt need any mods.
