Hello! My experience with my first baby was almost the same as yours. I got pregnant between August 11th and the 14th and I also knew the first day of my last period because it was the day before my birthday (what a drag...). Anyway, I felt my baby move between the 14th and 15th week. You could actually see my stomach move between the 19th and 20th week! Ultrasounds were normal and they never said I was bigger than I should have been, in fact I was right on track! So I hope this gives you a little reassurance!

I think you probably know where you concieved and you're ultrasound dates tend to corrispond, so I'd say that you are probably fine. Some babies get bigger quicker.....some measure small for a long time and jump ahead. As for when you first feel movement, this has been a great debate in the medical community because doctors assume that they can tell you what you are feeling in YOUR body based on their opinions. If you felt your baby move at 13wks you probably did. If you didn't have sex 5 months prior to the date you believe you got pregnant I think it's safe to say you didn't find out you were pregnant after you were 5 months along.

If the earliest you could have gotten pregnant is the 12-14, what are you asking? If you had sex a few days before that, its possible you ovulated a bit earlier, but not by weeks. . . and since hte ultrasound confirms the date, whats the problem? You're just in tune with your body to feel the kicks/movement. Maybe baby will be a soccer player. :-)

Well lets see, you conceived on the FIRST day of your LAST period, conception taking place within 3days after thay, so according to your stats, Id say you concieved around Nov 12-13. So I would say your 8wks 2dys. Just about since the months arent all the same length (eg. 30days, 29dys, 31dys) So even if you arr about 8wks, you may just have a small baby lol not a bad thing or to be worried about! Tiny babies are cute :) And tiny doesnt mean premature btw lol Hey, maybe its a girl! You did tell the doc the first day of your last period right? They usually ask to determine how many weeks you are.

Like it was said earlier, two weeks either way is pretty accurate. And if this isn't your first pregnancy you'll feel everything sooner. Take from me, I have three and each time was a different experience. With the third (and last) I was starting to show at about three months gestation. Don't worry unless you start to feel contractions before it's actually time.

Short answer NO.
If you know conception date than thats probably it. Unless it was immaculate conception earlier than the dates you know you conceived.
Just because you felt movement early doesnt mean anything. EVERY pregnancy is different.
The ultrasounds are pretty accurate with dates and gestational ages of baby.

If you didn't have sex for 5 months before Oct. 12-14th then no, you definantly conceived in oct.
Every pregnancy is different and if you are a very thin woman to begin with then it is common to feel baby move much earlier.

Did you ever have an ultrasound?
If you had one around 8 weeks, that is the big decider. That u/s, for some reason, is the most accurate.

I think they can be off something like 2 weeks either way. This actually turned out to be very important for mine, as he was a preeemie, and it made a difference what level of "emergency" they treated us as.
I had calculated the date differently also.

You would not be further along. It is normal for some babies to just grow bigger. and every woman experiences pregnancy differently so your experience is within the norm.
