This question is so deep-I linked over to it to try and keep it going..This is a time where feeling need to get out and.
I am just saddened but the kids amaze me throughout the college.
I am amazed at all the prayer circles that have been going around. Our prayers and thoughts are much needed at this in time for VT..

It is amazing how tragedy brings out the best of people. I haven't cried like this since 9-11 or since the Amish children were gunned down.
Anyone besides me think it was awe inspiring to see the Amish embrace the family of the gunman and offer their forgiveness and prayers?
It makes me feel humble, and hopeful too.

I'm still in shock. One of my co-worker's has a daughter there... she is okay. As for the authorities...I think they did what they could. As for the school, VT has the same alert system many do...so again, not sure it is within rights to blame them either. I have heard the suggestion that if people would have rushed him, less people would have died. Problem being...reaction time isn't that quick, and a group consensus can't be met in a fraction of a second. And...who do you decide is going to sacrifice their life to save all the others?

I must admit that I have not only prayed for the victims and their family but the shooters family as well. They are victims of his rage also. Can you imagine how they must feel like the world hates them?

I'm so sorry for their families. I don't know what to say. I had to tune out all media because there are too many vile things on there. I find out the news on YA. Things are so unreal...

l think this was so sad, one crazy person can create such carnage, the kids have amazed me too, l keep them all in my thoughts,
