Can anyone qualify an evolved human being? If so, who is this person?

Well, the current trend in exempting humans from the same methodology of classifications as other species would make this impossible.
I don't think we will ever see another step in our evolutionary ladder until the blinders are off.

I agree with Talen except that it is not a current trend. Humans have created the classification system and seem to generally believe (mistakenly) they are apart from it or at least at its pinnacle. This comes from scientists who should know better. We have evolved significantly since Homo rudolphensis who had the brain size not much bigger than chimps. Each one our features, from the length of our fingers, to the shape of skull, etc. etc. are evolved features.

Well, there's Buddha - but his soul acheived enlightenment, not his body - so that really doesn't count. Evolution is when one type of organism becomes another type of organism, so NO - there is noone who has done this. But everyone, and every species adapts.
