i can't remember the title but it was about some guy that was transformed in a moster and another guy wanted to make him and others into a sideshow, it had some freaky worm thing and a sockpuppet guy

It's called FREAKED, it's directed by and starring Alex Winter (Bill from "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure"), also features Mr. T, Brooke Shields, and Keanu Reeves uncredited as Juan the Dog-Faced Boy
