Haha! At least you can laugh at it! ;-)
I've been using fake tan and here's my suggestion.....
1. Scrub like you've never scrubbed before
2. Use a self-tan mitt if you used bare hands or gloves before. The mitt is made of sponge and I find it much more even than latex gloves.
3. Self tan corrector wipes *may* work.... you could give that a go!
4. Re-apply......
.... Now, I've used St Tropez before and personally I found it very difficult to apply on my legs. You could either pop out and buy a different one such as L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Gel or Soltan Shimmer, as they're easier to apply, or you could try re-applying the St Tropez.... but do it very carefully!
Here's a question - did you use moisturiser on your legs before applying? If you did, this could explain the streaks, as it's hard for the tan to settle on the skin!
This time, put a blob of moisturiser on the tops of your feet and on your ankles and knees. This will help to dilute the colour, so it won't appear so dark on your feet, etc.
Re-apply very carefully using the sponge mitt and hopefully you should be ok!
Personally I find that a lot of fake tan comes off in the shower, so do that first! With St Tropez, many people shower the following morning to even out the streaks. When I get streaks on my feet and hands, I just scrub them gently the next morning with a flannel and it tends to sort it out!
Alternatively, you could go to a salon and get a spray tan! It might be easier than risking being orange and streaky on Saturday!
Good luck hun! ;-)

Hi everyone has been in this situation and have learnt there lesson, but you picked a really bad time to put on your fake tan. Anyways im affraid there is nothing you can do except scrub it off with an exfoliating scrub ini the shower but the more orange bits will stay put until that skin scrubs off when its ready, What I would do is after you get out of the shower ger a pummice stone or if your flannel or wash cloth is quite dry and hard, scrub the dry skin off and I find this gets rid off the tan. You will see the tan wearing off.
My tan went streaky this time and the more I shower the more its wearing off. I couldnt recommend putting more tan on unless your brilliant and can miss the places you are streaky at, but then if the skin where its gone on too much is orange you will need you whole legs to be orange when to blend in.
See how much tan you can scrub off, if you can get most of it off, then sort of try and reapply if your confident enough. Or go to a salon and let them sort it out for you.

How funny, this happened to me last week but on the actual day of the wedding, nightmare isn't it? What i did was use toner to try and fade the most coloured areas, and added a bit of tan to the areas that seemed paler, and it was ok by lunchtime (lancome flash bronzer is good cos it's tinted and you can see what you're doing).
You are in luck because it should fade a bit by then, if you want to fade it overall, go for a swim in a chlorinated pool (think all leisure centres etc have chlorine in) and apparently that takes some of it off too. Have fun at the wedding!!

Exfoliate! Try a mixture of sugar and lemon juice, it will exfoliate your skin and remove the orange color. Also, I know that there is a product by Australian Gold called Sunless Corrector-- it is a wipe that is made just for stuff like this. You can get them at tanning salons, but they are a little hard to find. If you can't find that, try the sugar and lemon juice, it won't remove it completely, but it might even it out enough. I wouldn't add more, it might make it a lot worse. Good luck!!!

When you take a shower the streaking should go down. Use a scrub instead of regular soap. You can find them anywhere these days. Make sure it has particles in that will exfoliate. After the shower rub a regular moisturizer on your legs to help blend in the streaks. You have a couple days so you should be fine by the wedding.

Get a good loofah or buff puff and get in the shower twice a day and scrub your legs and put on lots of moisturerizer. I find that my self tanner washes off after a few shower so youv'e got two days to straighten it out. Some one once said nail polish remover but I would think that would sting really bad also use veet or nair on your legs that should cut it as well but if you veet scrub gently. Good luck.

I think St. Tropez do a remover as well, go back to where you bought it from and have a look.
I also find that if I have a long hot bath my fake tan comes off easily if you exfoliate afterwards.

Exfoliate with:
1) a body puff & moisturizing shower gel
2) a sugar scrub (you can make one by combining olive oil & sugar to make a paste)
3) a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - moisten it & your legs. Rub very gently. (I had the same problem & this works but be gentle & focus on the streaky parts.)
Don't try to correct it. I tried & the streaks just ended up getting darker.

this is gonna sound crazy but use nail polish removed on the spots that are streaky and it will take it away and make it look more even just dont go overboard or else instead of being streaky in some spots youll be real pale in some spots

I know this is going to sound crazy but try nail polish remover on some cotton wool. Wipe it on the effected areas. It may take a couple of gos but should work. Make sure you wash it off after though because you will STINK!
