Is Prolactin only related to pregnancy?

I recently discover I had breast leaks, I passed a pregnancy test and it was negative and today I started my periods. I looked It up and found out it was maybe Prolatin...does anyone know what may cause this suddenly, "while I'm waiting after my doctor in my small shity village, "can anyone clear me up a bit please??

Prolactin also has to do with the pituitary gland. Because of the fact that your pregnancy test came out negative tells me that something may be going on with your pituitary gland. I would recommend also having this evaluated by an endocrinologist (a dr who treats diseases and disorders that pertain to hormones).
