You are, in a sense, asking what it the difference between a racehorse and a parakeet.
A drama is normally consider to be a play which is presented as dialog between characters acting in person on a stage (in other words, not as a tale told about others.) The old standards of Greek drama required that the action be unitary - it could not jump around from place to place but had to start at a time and continue in order in the starting place.
That might make it sort of like a short story, which is considered to be too short to jump around and is normally a single scene with simple progress of time and to not to have the capacity for character development. It shows an incident in time or occurrence that informs us without carrying us through events leading to it or consequences.
One can have a dramatic short story, but that is not the same as drama.

"Drama" applies to the form of the writing. A "short tale" potential a tale which isn't as long because of the fact the classic novel. short memories may well be dramatic, humorous, romantic, horror, technological understanding fiction or regardless of form you like (which incorporate a mix of all of them.) actually, all writing may well be the comparable form (mixed or strictly one). case in point, 'Da Vinci' code is considered a 'dramatic artwork of fiction' at the same time as the Harry Potter sequence useful aspects aspects of many varieties. Drama does not could have 'action,' the drama could come from unhappiness of the main characters (say the babies misplaced their mothers and fathers in a motor vehicle crash and could bond at the same time to save what continues to be of the relatives). enable's say the widespread fictional novel is 3 hundred pages. a short tale may well be considered as such if that is basically a hundred pages or much less. Does this help clarify the version? form of writing as against volume of writing. they are 2 diverse aspects of writing.
