How can I write more about osmosis for a potato?

I have put about hypertonic etc but I still need more! I have wrote so much about osmosis and the teacher still wants me to write more!
I dont want to cheat so if you can see any good websites on osmosis and potatos i would be very grateful!

You can talk about what causes osmosis (a concentration gradient of a solute in the solutions on different sides of a semi-permeable membrane) and also talk about factors that might affect the amount or rate of osmosis (the temperature, the concentration gradient, the characteristics of the semi-permeable membrane, the shape of the container holding the solutions (if it's a U tube, other factors like the hydrostatic pressure can make a difference) and so forth. u should talk about hypotonic and isotonic as well. and compare and contrast it with the hypertonic facts. and try to use other examples instead of a plant cell. maybe a animal cell.
