Toto plumbing company makes one with a lot of fancy features like a heater, a cleansing warm water spray with a followup heated air drying breeze, and a seat lid that goes down automatically when you get up. They also have a TV-style remote control to setup those features. The last I looked those seats were about $800 so you would have to really love your toilet experience to buy that.

In a perfect world i wouldn't use the toilet. But if i had to choose it would be thicker walls so i don't have t hear the fat slob upstairs in his toilet! Sorry that's all i can think of!

A heater on the seat orr a cooler so that you can turn on the heater if you need to get warm or if ur too hot u can turn on the cooler!
