I'm curious to know why some countries get more precipitation in the summer than others .
Especially in holland. They have very wet summers there.
Can anyone tell me why that is :)

Northern Europe , England and Norway even more than Holland are under the path of most of the north atlantic frontal systems.

They can expect a front to pass over once or twice a week as long as the fronts are not blocked by a strong anti-cyclone

Different parts of the earth get different amounts of rain because of their position with regards to the prevailing winds (moving rain clouds) oceans (a source of water), mountains (blocking winds), and so forth.
