Gene Therapy is being used for therapeutic reasons, Do you think it should be used for non-therapeutic also?

Therapeutic, E.G.: Cystic Fibrosis & Non-Therapeutic, E.G.: IQ, height, eye and skin color, personality,etc

Even if its used to change eye color, etc., its still a form of therapy. There are some serious risks to gene therapy, so using it for something as minor as trying to change height or eye color is a VERY bad idea.
