I did have a past life in ancient Egypt as a temple worker/one half of a royal twin set. I'm wondering if that person probably worked out and had a good figure.

Wait, did they have any cool dances, like belly dancing? What was part of their recreation?

LMAO, okay I'm laughing at my own question but seriously, in this life I'm fat over stress and some burdens. I like idea of taking good habits from a cool past life and maybe trying to get to work for me in this life. I don't want to leave this life of a burdensome heart attack or die a major fat ***.

All kinds...I'm not exactly sure which sports were the most popular but check out the reference for more details. I know the elites did a lot of equestrian sports for sure. I think swimming, wresting and running were very popular as well.

lol you're silly. I think they got enough of a workout building pyramids. Also ancient egyptians were very active and lived in extreme temperatures... also alot smaller (shorter) than the average person today... they also had all natural food wich we really don't have anymore, everyone lives off what was created (even fruits and vegitables have certain things in it to make them look better that arnt good for us). look at the teeth of a mummy then look at yours... then remember that 30 was old age back then. they didn't eat anything that give people cavities (although i'm sure there were some but not many). yeah and there were probably ceramonial dances and fun active things to do (like playing instruments, dancing, fighting) for the rich. there's so much to ancient egyptians... they didn't have time to be fat.

remember Egypt is bloody hot and that any physical activity there will burn off the calories. A temple worker you say? I suspect they worked long hours, didnt eat processed sugar and very little meat. I reckon your past life chick would have been pretty fit.
Of all the people i have spoken too that claim past lives, none were boring. Most had cool jobs. I have yet to meet a 17th century cesspit cleaner or roman housewife.

I think this is more of a "what did they not do" rather than "what did they do." The Egyptians did not have television or video games, they ate alot healthier than the people of present day, and we present day people have evolved over the thousands of years...therefor our bodies are ALOT different than they were back then.
The Egyptians didn't have machines like cars to take them places, they walked. They also didn't have machines to build anything for them. They manned up and did it by hand. I think a combination of all of the above mixed with the climate and overall lifestyle of ancient Egyptians, allowed them to have a greater physical appearance. Same goes with Native Americans, Spartans, etc.

I don't think they really had to worry about working out. I think they were able to get enough exercise from their day-to-day routine.
I predict that even those who weren't sweating in the hot sun while building pyramids still got substantially more exercise just from daily activities than we do today.
Imagine a world with no elevators or escalators, no cars, no dishwashers, no washing machines, etc. You would have to walk everywhere (if you didn't have a camel or other mode of transportation), you would have to walk up stairs, and you would have to clean everything in your household by hand. My muscles get a bit sore just thinking about it!

IT IS A MILLION DEGREES in the desert! They had to do nothing but drink beer and have sex. They played a lot of games and physical activities. What you should be asking is how the slavs kept their figure building those monsterus pyramids.

It was called hard work, low calorie intake and also few foods and that which they had was heavy in whole grains and vegetables/fruit. Plus, they weren't overly concerned with their weight. It didn't matter to them. Remember, in most cultures in the world a woman who is thin is a woman who is poor and from the lower classes.

you have a good element. I too have heard that throughout the time of regards to the sphinx too and that's clever to me. additionally white human beings attempt to make Jesus seem white too while he's not. And properly the Israelites weren't white the two and seem who claims to be Israelites over in Israel,WHITES. White human beings continually attempting to thieve stuff from different non-whites. Stealing from blacks, hispanics, and local human beings! And yeah i realize it sounds a sprint racist yet **** white human beings merely won't admit to the actuality. additionally black human beings made an excellent form of issues. seem it up.
